Returns

Due to the vintage nature of our goods, we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered items, or if the products arrive damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue. The company may decide to offer a refund, send replacement products, or take other appropriate action.

If a customer exercises their right to cancel, a refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation. For orders paid via PayPal or credit card, the transaction fees charged by the payment service provider will be deducted from the refund.
